Default nissan 280zx frame rails rusted?

there's about a six inch sectionthat'ss rusted its ate threw the both part on the sides of the car is it fixable ? if so about how much

If the engine carring rails are rusted you will need to replace them all the way to the front bumper is the best way. The best alternative is finding a car down here in Texas Arizona or (No salt state) that has a bad motor. Once you scrape the undercoating off and remove the fenders you will find more rotten rusted parts. Be really cautious about cars with T tops and rust at the bottom corners of the windshield. I bet you can buy a complete rust free car for less than repairs on your car.
