Default Brake question

I recently replaced the master cylinder on my 93 hardbody. I bench bled the master cylinder and bled the brakes. When I went to test the brakes the pedal was soft and went all the way to the floor. I checked to see if I was leaking fluid anywhere and everything was dry. I also bled the brakes again to make sure their was no air in the system and there wasn't. With a brand new master cylinder, no air in the system, and no fluid leaks I'm not sure what to check next. By the way the master cylinder is only supplying the front disc brakes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Check your floorboard to see if it's wet.
