Default Timing Belt marks

My rig (1989 D21 3.0L) hasn't run right for a while, fading, studering, jiderbugging, Showed codes 45,41,34,23,12. Proggresively worse.
I rebuilt my TB. Didn't help
I bought the after market Weber carb.
Thinking that would be the cure.
I have been fidling around with my timing belt.
I don't have a mark on my block for the crank.
How many teeth on the timing belt are there from the driver side cam mark to the crank mark?
When lined up.
I am tired of riding my bike.
I think now, it might be a bad coil?
31$
But I do want to know how many teeth between the DS cam and crank.
Please!

This first link is a write up I did for changing my timing belt:

This thread is about all of the error codes:

That's a better forum, too.
