Now that summer is almost here and temps in CA are rising, please tell me what the 'proper' and most 'fuel efficient' PSI should be for my 2003 Xterra 4x2, 4200lb, 265/70/16 factory tires?

I drive 90 miles per day, highway only at 65 cruise control.
