Dealer wanted to charge 900 for parts and labour. I found the part for $75. I am not a mechanic.. is this something an average joe could handle at home?

Actual time to replace 1 or 2 hours. Dealers charge book time. Usually 4 hour minimum. Thats why they want $900 total. It is a b*tch of a job. You have to take off the steering wheel and the under dash panel.
