Are there any significant differences between a 240SX SE and the base model?

I'm talking about a 95 here. I know the SE is better, but why? The SE is worth more, right? I'm looking into buying one, I just want to know what I'm getting into. Also, what do I expect to pay for a fair conditioned one? I know I can KBB it, but I want to see what's a reasonable price to pay for one by seeing what other people are willing to pay for one.
